6 weeks - self paced + virtual
This is a six week self paced program with a twist. During the week, you use the app for daily focus exercises, and once a week there is an optional 30 minute group check-in for additional support and accountability.
This program is about implementing strategies that will create ease and flow during your busy, stressful times. The best way to rewire your brain is by actually practicing in real time.
