This is a private event: just 1:1 so we can fully focus on what you need.

In a Reset-day you will:

Relax and remove any distractions from your mind through a full-body Ayurvedic-inspired massage;

Create an Energy-Plan: together we will assess how you show up for the small and big things in your life. Through an assessment (Energy Leadership Index) you learn how to decide what type of energy you want to bring into your daily interactions;

Have a wonderful -local - lunch in Campo de Ourique, followed with a walk & talk in one of Lisbon's beautiful parks

(Re)Define Your Vision, so you can start taking powerful steps towards it;

Hi! I'm Sophie - originally Dutch, I have lived in Belgium, South-Africa, Ireland, USA (San Francisco), and now call Lisbon my home. For 10 years I used to work for large American companies (Oracle and Google), and understand the requirements and demands of a corporate, fast-paced job. I consciously chose to make a change. Together with my coaching-partner Jomar, I founded The Reset: a transformational coaching company to facilitate "resets" to live in joy.
Step off the hamster wheel of life, and take a true moment to pause and reset. Replenish yourself with energy, clarity and focus, so you can (re)discover the joy of your every day life: nourish your mind, body and soul.
